| Abstract: | This paper gives an outline of the results in the study of powder DCEL in our lab. The development of phosphor and device, and the advances in the investigation of DCEL mechanism are described, including the methods of preparation techniques for phosphor, copper-coating, ZnS raw material, binder, and forming process, the mechanism of DCEL, and so on.Some applications of powder DCEL are also described briefly. |
