摘    要:本文介绍了用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定人造奶油中镍的方法,样品处理过程简单,结果具有良好的精密密度和准确度,测定结果相对偏差为3.04%,平均回收率为97.7%。

Abstract:This paper describes a new method for the determination of nickel in artificial cream by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Compared with the others,the process of sample treatment by HNO 3 H 2SO 4 is simple,and the operation is easy.The results show that the method offers good precision and accuracy.The relative standard deviation is 3 04% and the rate of recovery is 97 7%.
