基于熵值法的甘肃省循环经济发展综合评价和特征分析

循环经济倡导经济发展与生态环境相和谐的科学理念,是现代社会走可持续发展道路的必然选择.甘肃省在循环经济的发展中取得了阶段性成果,也存在一些需要解决的问题.循环经济的发展是一个逐步推动和持续改进的过程,因此,需要认真总结循环经济发展的经验教训,这不仅对今后甘肃省循环经济的发展有十分重要的意义,对西部其他地区乃至全国也具有参考价值.为此,通过建立循环经济的评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重系数,对2003年-2009年甘肃省循环经济发展状况进行综合评价,在此基础上提出甘肃省循环经济发展中存在的问题及对策.
