| Abstract: | The structure of synthesized samples have been investigated systematically using IR,MS, NMR and element analytical instruments. In light of the analytical results the synthesized samples were proved to be hydroxy-propyl galactomannan, consisting with main structure of TQ powder. The degree of substitution of HT were determined by means of 1H-NMR. |
