摘    要:介绍了一种具有温度和间隙双参量测量功能的光纤Bragg光栅传感器。这种传感器结构紧凑、体积小,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于微小曲面内的温度和间隙大小的同时测量。实验表明,该传感器具有良好的重复性和稳定性,测量范围内,间隙测量误差±2μm,温度测量误差不超过±0.7℃。

Abstract:A fiber Bragg grating sensor which can measure gap and temperature is introduced. The sensor is compact in framework, small in volume and excellent in repeatability and stability. It can simultaneously measure the gap and temperature in the clearance between two curved surfaces. The experiments indicate that the sensor is excellent in repeatability and stability, and within the range of measurement, the error of displacements measurement is not more than±2 μm, and the error of temperature measurement is not more than±0.7℃.
