摘    要:研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定土壤中微量稀土元素(REEs)的方法。详细讨论了测定稀土元素的质谱干扰及基体的抑制效应,采用高斯消除法可有效地校正质谱干扰,内标法可以补偿基体的抑制效应。

Abstract:Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been employed to determine the rare earth elements(REEs) in soils. For the prompt sample decomposition, a microwave digestion was successfully used with a mixture of HF + HCl + HNO3+ EDTA. The potential of the method was evaluated by the detennination of REEs in Standard Reference Materials (GSS-2, GSS-4). The results agreed well with the certified values. The accuracy, dilution factors, spectroscopic interferences and matrix suppression effects were studied in detail. Precision was better than 5 % . The experimental results showed that the proposed method was simple, precise and accurate.
