摘    要:通过一步水热法合成了分散性良好、尺寸均一的桑葚状CaF2纳米材料.采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物的结构、形貌及尺寸进行了表征,发现CaF2纳米材料是由尺寸约为50 nm的纳米粒子构成.通过对不同反应阶段产物的分析提出了其形成机理.研究了Yb3+掺杂CaF2纳米材料的近红外发光性质.

Abstract:Highly uniform and well-dispersed mulberry-like nanostructures of CaF2 were synthesized by a hydrothermal method.The 3D hierarchical CaF2 mulberry-like nanostructures with size of about 450 nm are assembled by numerous nanocrystals.X-Ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the samples.The formation process of the nanostructures was investigated by time dependent experiments.The luminescence of Yb3+-doped CaF2 nanomaterial was discussed.
