| Abstract: | Abstract The four stereoisomers of pinacolyl methylphospho-nofluoridate (soman) were isolated with more than 99% optical purity. The bimolecular rate constants for inhibition of electric eel acetylcholinesterase and the LD50-values (sc, mice) of the stereoisomers were determined. |
