| 摘 要： | 对绿色建筑发展比较成熟的日本等发达国家的绿色建筑相关概念、要求、做法进行了整理和分析, 结合从事绿色建筑设计的实际工作, 系统地总结了绿色建筑的基本概念和设计的三大要素. 指出了中国发展绿色生态住宅存在的问题和应注意点, 并提出了相关的解决方法.

| Abstract: | In this article, through comparison between the internationally advanced ideas and practice and domestic state in quo, the author introduces the concept of the green housing in a thorough manner. The concept, requirements and practices on green building in the developed countries such as Japan and Europe are analyzed. Furthermore, based on the author’s own experiences in green building design gained abroad, a systematic summary with detailed analysis and the definition of the three elements for green building are presented. In the end, the author concludes the article with the currently existing problems and solutions for green building development. |
