稀土新型复合精炼剂对纯铜的脱氢作用

摘    要:通过纯铜精炼实验、二镒离子质谱分析和X射线衍射等手段,研究了含稀土、硼、镁等精炼元素的纯铜新型复合精炼剂(CBMR)的脱氢作用,脱氢效果明显,其中含镧或铈的精炼剂去氢效果相近,含混合稀土的精炼剂去氢效果最佳。CBMR的去氢作用是由于稀土与铜液中的氢生成稀土氢化物并上浮而去除的。

Abstract:The dehydrogenation by the synthetic refiner CMBR was investigated by means of refining pure copper, secondary ion mass spectrometry and X ray diffractometry. The dehydrogenation effects of CBMR containing rare earth element La and Ce are equal, but the most efficient is the refiner containing mischmetal. The mechanism of dehydrogenation is that RE hydride was formed between rare earth and hydrogen in molten copper, then moved upward and eliminated.
