中药羌活HPLC-荧光指纹谱研究

摘    要:建立不同来源羌活的高效液相-荧光检测指纹谱,为提高羌活药材质量控制水平提供参考。色谱柱:MetachemODS-C18;流动相:乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸水溶液(45:55),荧光检测条件:λEx=310nm、λEm=480nm;采用聚类分析法进行分析比较。得到20个共有指纹色谱峰,确定了基准样本色谱峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积,各羌活样品与基准样本相似度值均在0.8以上,构建羌活的高效液相-荧光指纹图谱质控方法。本试验所确定HPLC-荧光光谱的指纹图谱质控方法灵敏度高,稳定性、重现性良好,可作为羌活药材的质量评价依据。

Abstract:The chromatography fingerprint of rhizoma et redix notopterygii from different areas was established in order to evaluate the inner qualities of samples.Column:metachem ODS-C_(18); mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid (45 : 55);flow rate:1mL/min;detection wavelength : λ_(Em)=310nm,λ_(Em)=480nm.The HPLC-fluorescence was adopted to settle the fingerprint diagram, and clustering analysis was selected to compare the results.Using similarity calculation, the similarities of samples from different habitats are above 0.80.This chromatographic fingerprint method has good sensitivity ,precision,stability and repeatability.It is suitable for the quality control of rhizoma et redix notopterygii.
