摘    要:建立了离子色谱法测定饲料级硫酸锌中氟和氯元素的方法。取一定量的硫酸锌溶于超纯水中,经0.22μm过滤膜以及Na过滤柱后,用10mmol/L至40mmol/L氢氧根体系淋洗液梯度淋洗后测定。大量的硫酸根不影响氟和氯的测定,线性相关系数在0.996以上,加标回收率在96%以上。方法简便快捷、准确、可靠。

Abstract:A new ion chromatography method was established to determine fluorine and chlorine in feed grade zinc sulfate. A certain amount of zinc sulfate was dissolved in ultrapure water. Then the solution passed through 0.22μm filter membrane and Na filtration column. After the gradient elution with the eluents containing 10 mmol/L to 40 mmol/L hydroxide, the solution was analyzed. The results indicate that the large amount of sulfate ions did not affect the determination of fluoride and chloride. The linear correlation coefficient was above 0. 996 and the addition recovery was more than 96%. The method is simple, fast, accurate, and reliable.
