高速动车用某新型铝合金中镉的测定

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP–AES)法对高速动车用某新型铝合金中镉元素进行分析。用HCl–HNO3溶解样品,通过选择合适的分析谱线和基体匹配的方法消除干扰,建立了最佳工作条件。方法的检出限为0.012 mg/L,样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.15%(n=10),标准加入回收率为96.6%~100.5%。该方法准确、快速、简便,适合于铝合金中镉元素含量的测定。

Abstract:The method of determination of cadmium content in new aluminum alloy by ICP-AES was developed. The sample was dissolved by HCl-HNO3. Interferences were eliminated by using the matrix matching method and the proper analysis spectral lines were selected. The working parameters were optimized. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.15%(n=10) and the recovery was 96.6%-100.5%. The proposed method is simple,rapid, accurate and suitable for determination of cadmium content in aluminum alloy.
