摘    要:以茵陈、牛繁缕、曲曲菜、猪毛菜为材料,用原子吸收光谱法测定了4种野菜中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn 6种微量元素的含量。结果表明,4种野菜中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,6种元素的加标回收率在96.57%~99.06%之间,相对标准偏差RSD值均低于3%,说明本试验测定结果可靠,精密度高。

Abstract:The content of 6 trace elements in Artemisia scoparia, Malachiam aguticum, Sonchus arvesis, and Salsola coUina have been determined by atomic absorpdon spectrometry. The results showed that four kinds of edible wild herbs contain many essential trace element, the recoveries of standard addition of these analytical elements were in the range of 96. 57% to 99.06%. This method is good precision and convenient with high accuracy. They are Green health food of Medicine and food dual purpose.
