| Abstract: | The recombination energy of N22+ has been computed using N22+, N22+ and N2 potential curves from the literature. Vibrational overlaps and energies liberated in the various N22+3∑?g,1∑g+, 3Πu, 1Πu → N2+(X2∑+g, A 2∑+g, A 2Πu, B2∑u+,C2∑u+) vibronic transitions have been computed and used as input for determination of the N2+ recombination energy. |
