| Abstract: | Unsymmetrical Triorganobismuthanes Containing β-Functionalized Alkylsubstituents Sodium diorganobismuthide, was treated with strained ring systems such as propyleneoxide, styreneoxide, ethylene-sulfide or propyleneimine to produce unsymmetrical triorganobismuthanes R2BiCH2CH(R′)XH (R = Me, Et, Ph, pTol; R′ = H, Me, Ph; X = O, S, NH) in good yields. |
