羧甲基壳聚糖的结构与抗菌性能研究

摘    要:以不同分子量的壳聚糖为原料成功的制备了一系列羧甲基壳聚糖,对羧甲基取代度(DS),取代位置及分子量进行了测定,结果表明在氨基、羟基上均发生了羧甲基化反应,产物为N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖.体外抑菌实验及采用微量热法检测受试样品抑菌活性证实N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖的抑菌活性随分子量的降低而显著增强,分子量低于5000的样品对金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌具有抑制杀灭作用.

Abstract:A series of N,O\|carboxymethylchitosans were successfully prepared from chitosans of different molecular weight. Their positions of substituents and degree of substitution were determined by potentiometric titration. And their antimicrobial ability were studied. The results indicated that the degree of substitution increased significantly with the molecular weight of chitosan going down , and the carboxymethylation mainly took place at hydroxyl groups. The antimicrobial test demonstrated that antimicrobial capacity of N,O\|carboxymethylchitosan was effected by its molecular weight remarkably, lower molecular weight resulted in better antimicrobial ability. When molecular weight was lower than 5000, N,O\|carboxymethyl chitosan had strong antimicrobial action.
