青海省唐古特铁线莲中齐墩果酸含量的测定

摘    要:建立了唐古特铁线莲中齐墩果酸含量测定的HPLC方法。色谱条件:采用Phenomenex Luna C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%H3PO4(35:65),流速:1 mL/min,柱温:室温(25℃),检测波长:205 nm。齐墩果酸在0.0233~0.7000 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=2E+06x+360803,R2=0.9917,回收率RSD为1.7%,并对青海省野生和栽培唐古特铁线莲中齐墩果酸进行了定量分析,结果显示前者平均值为0.1184%,后者平均值为0.0651%。方法可用以测定唐古特铁线莲中齐墩果酸的含量。

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid contents in clematis tangutica(maxim.) korsh was established in this article.Chromatographic conditions were as follows: adopting a phenomenex luna C18 cdumn(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase: ethanenitrile-0.2 % H3PO4 water(35:65),flow rate: 1 mL/min,The column temperature was the room temperature(25 ℃),detecttion wave length 205 nm.Linear rang of the concentration was 0.0233-0.7000 mg and the linear regression equation: y=2E+06x+360803,R2=0.9917,and relative standard deviation was 1.7 %.Meanwhile,the oleanolic acid in wild and cultural clematis tangutica(maxim.) korsh from Qinghai province was quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the oleanolic acid content of the wild samples was 0.1184 %,and the cultural sample was 0.0651 %.It can be used for the determination of the oleanolic acid content in clematis tangutica(maxim.) korsh.
