Abstract:The steady-state photoluminescence, transient photoluminescence andFourier--transform infrared absorption were studied for porous silicon quenched by noble metaladsorbates. The mechanism of the photoluminescence quenching of porous silicon in noblemetal ion solutions is discussed.
