| 摘 要： | 软X射线显微成像技术是研究超微观世界的有力工具,而位相型波带片则以其高分辨率的优势,目前已成为实现软X射线成像的理想光学元件.本文简要介绍位相型波带片的特性及其在软X射线显微成像技术中的应用.

| Abstract: | The soft X-ray micro imaging is a powerful tool in the research of ultra microcosm.At present,the perfect optical element to be used in the soft X-ray micro imaging is phase zone plates,which is characterized by the high resolution.In addition to the characteristic of phase zone plates,the application of soft X-ray micro imaging based on phase zone plates are also briefly presented in this paper. |
