| 摘 要： | 采用浓硝酸-高氯酸溶解消化方法进行样品处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法对旋覆花中K、Mg、Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Cu、Co的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明,各元素的回收率在98.35%～100.24%,RSD值在0.36%～0.97%,方法快速、简单,结果准确。

| Abstract: | The content of microelements including K, Mg, Ca, Na, Fe, Zn, Cu, Co in Inula britannica L were determined by FAAS. Inula britannica L was digested with HNO3- HClO4 mixed acid before determination. The results obtained show that the recovery is 98.35% -100.24%, and RSD is 0.36% - 0.97% for each element. The method is simple rapid and accurate. |
