Study on Cytochrome bc 1 Complex and Lipid-Depleted Cytochrome bc 1 Complex with Raman Spectroscopy |

| Abstract: | Abstract Recently a highest stable cytochrome bc 1 complex has been purified from pig heart mitochondria cytochrome bc 1 complex is important enzymic protein in the respiratory chain. In this paper we Compare Raman spectroscopy of cytochrome bc 1 complex with depleted lipid cytochrome bc 1, there were apparent differences between them. Especially in the bonds of spectra representing lipid the difference were more extremely different in such Raman spectra as frequency, intensity and shape. |
