We consider the Boothby–Wang fibration  of a strictly regular Sasakian space form N and find the characterization of biharmonic Hopf cylinders over submanifolds of  . Then, we determine all proper-biharmonic Hopf cylinders over homogeneous real hypersurfaces in complex projective spaces. |
