FTIR结合主成分分析对棕榈科植物鉴别研究

摘    要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合主成分分析(PCA)对棕榈科植物2个亚科4个族的植物叶片进行了光谱研究。结果显示,棕榈科同族不同种和同科不同族的植物在红外光谱上表现出差异。用二阶导数光谱进行主成分分析,显示可以将样品进行正确分类。研究表明傅里叶变换红外光谱在鉴别分类植物方面具有应用潜力。

Abstract:Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy in combination with principal component analysis(PCA) was used for differentiation and classification of Palmae plants.Eleven Palmae leaf samples which belong to subfamily Coryhoiseae and Arecoideae(including three tribes) were collected from Sipsongpanna,South of Yunnan Province.For all samples,Fourier transform infrared absorption spectra were recorded from 400 to 4000 cm-1.The results indicated that there were some small differences in FTIR spectra.Principal component analysis(PCA) was performed on the second derivative spectral region between 4000 and 400cm-1.The statistical results are in accord with traditional plant taxonomy.The study demonstrates that FTIR spectroscopy is a rapid method in discriminating plants only with part of a leaf.
