Abstract: | Semiempirical equations of state are obtained for copper, silver, gold, lead, nickel, and aluminum, which permit a study of the mechanical properties of the crystalline lattices of these metals when subjected to a complex system of stresses over the entire elastic deformation region, and lead to an evaluation of the mechanical destruction parameters of these lattices.
