| 摘 要： | 决策支持系统（decision support sytem，DSS）是一种高度灵活，且具有良好的交互性，用于半结构化和非结构决策的信息技术系统。本文通过对干旱区流域防洪决策支持系统的设计，为防洪决策的信息提供一种强有力的信息支持，以提高决策者的决策效率，把洪水灾害损失到最低。
