| Abstract: | The latest advances in the reaserch field of diagnostic reagents and diagnostic methods have been reviewed. The immunochromatographic diagnostic test strip can simplify the operation in clinical diagnosis, the vitrification of diagnostic reagents can improve the stabilization of diagnostic kit, and the monoepitopic monoclonal antibodies can enhance the specificity in the immunoassay. The diagnostic reagents for detection of all kinds of malignant cells at an early stage are also discussed. |
