纳米溶胶-凝胶膜修饰电极及电化学催化性能

摘    要:报道了以纳米硅溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)膜为载体的化学修饰电极。用sol-gel法在金电极上固定亚甲蓝及硫堇,发现固定于纳米硅溶胶-凝胶膜内的亚甲蓝和硫堇均有良好的电化学活性,并对同时固定于膜内的NADH、血红蛋白等生物分子产生显著的催化氧化还原作用。

Nano-scale Sol-gel Film Modified Electrode and Its Electrochemical Catalytic Performance
Abstract:A chemically modified electrode was developed by using nano scale silica sol gel film as the matrix for immobilizing the molecules such as the methylene blue or the thionine on a gold electrode surface. The sol gel film showed the excellent chemical and electrochemical properties and kept the quality electrochemical activity of those immobilized redox molecules. The modified molecules presented the typical adsorption controlled electrochemical reaction, and furthermore, the modified methylene blue gave the obviously electrochemical catalytic affection on the oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinacleotide (NADH) or reduction of hemoglobin if they were immobilized in the film together with methylene blue.
