摘    要:D-氨基葡萄糖作为一种天然的氨基单糖,广泛存在于各种生物体内。它是甲壳素的最终水解产物,分子中含有1个氨基和4个羟基。由于其结构的特殊性,对它及其衍生物的研究备受关注,其产品已应用于诸多领域,如生物和医药等。本文综述了近年来对其的N-位和苷羟基进行化学改性的研究进展,着重介绍了选择性化学修饰的方法和发展动向。

Abstract:D-Glucosamine as a natural amino monosaccharide widely exists in a variety of organisms, which is the final degradation product of chitin. The molecule contains one amido and four hydroxyls. It is of great significance to research on it due to the special nature of its structure. Currently, D-Glucosamine and its derivatives are paied more attention to by scientists, and its products have been applied in many fields, such as biology, medicine and so on. Therefore, the review has a closer look at chemical modification of D-Glucosamine N-site and glycoside hydroxy. The methods of selective chemical modification of D-glucosamine are especially introduced.
