| 摘 要： | 用信息类聚方法研究了猪瘟病毒基因表达水平与同义密码子使用频率的关系，求出了猪瘟病毒基因组各同义密码子的相对使用频率，得到了作为表征基因表达水平的各类基因的信息熵，所得结果与已有的研究结论相符．本研究表明：对于猪瘟病毒的单股正链RNA结构，同义密码子的使用频率对于基因表达水平有重要影响．

| Abstract: | The relationship between the gene expression level of Classical swine fever virus(CSFV) and the relative usage frequency of the synonymous codons is investigated by using a self-consistent information clustering method, in which the relative usage frequencies of the synonymous codons of CSFV are calculated, and the information entropies of genes, as the representations of their expression levels are obtained. The results are in consistent with the previous analysis. It is shown that the relative usage frequency of the synonymous codons of CSFV plays a great role in evaluation of the expression levels of the genes of CSFV. |
