摘    要:用用微波消解法处理富含油脂的油菜籽样品,氢化物原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定其中的砷和汞。砷在1—16μg/L范围内,有良好的相关性,相关系数r=0.9992;汞在0.1—1.6μg/L范围内,有良好的相关性,相关系数r=0.9994;砷和汞检出限分别为3.0μg/kg和1.6μg/kg;砷和汞测定的相对标准偏差RSD分别为9.8%、10%。用标准物质桃叶(GBW08501)验证方法准确性,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The As,Hg in rapeseed rich in oil were treated by microwave method and determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). In the range of 1-16μg/L, As has good relative relationship with r=0.9992,in the range of 0.1-1.6μg/L Hg has good relative relationship with r=0.9994. The detection limit of As,Hg were 3.0, 1.6μg/kg, respectively. The RSDs were 9.8%, 10%, respectively for As and Hg. The standard material of peach leaf (GBW08501) was used to validate the accuracy and the results were satisfactory.
