我国重点城市信息化评价体系应用研究

摘    要:通过文献挖掘方法构建信息化评价指标体系,并使用主成分分析法以及面板回归模型进行统计分析,对我国北京、上海、天津、广东四个重点城市2007-2009年信息化程度进行评价.结果显示,四个城市的信息化程度都是随着时间的推进而逐渐增加的,而且,就指标体系反映的总体情况而言,广东的信息化程度要高于上海和北京,天津的信息化程度在四个城市中最低.基于现阶段我国信息化建设还不够完善的现状,应该通过积极增加信息化基础设施建设来带动我国信息化的发展;此外,通过开发利用信息化服务来提高信息化程度以及改善我国居民的受教育程度和增加研发投入,也是改善信息化的途径之一.

The Study on Informatization Evaluation to China's Major Cities
Abstract:This paper used the literature mining method to build an informatization evaluation system,and the principal component analysis and the panel regression model were used for the statistical analysis and the informatization evaluation in Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangdong from 2007 to 2009.The results showed that all the informatization degrees of the four cities were gradually increasing as time went on.The informatization degree of Guangdong is higher than that of Shanghai and Beijing,while the informatization degree of Tianjin is the lowest in the four cities.Since China's informatization construction is not perfect now,the informatization infrastructure should be increased actively for the development of informatization in China.In addition,utilizing the informatization services,improving the educational level and increasing R&D investment are all the methods to improve informatization in China.
