| Abstract: | The asymmetry of inner bremsstrahlung photons accompanying the electron capture decay of37Ar nuclei, polarized in Fe at low temperature has been measured. The  , prepared with the Isolde isotope separator, was measured with the NICOLE dilution refrigerator in external magnetic fields between 0.6 T and 2.0 T. The magnetic moment μ=1.08(32) n.m. has been deduced. A table of hyperfine fields as a function of the substitutional fraction is presented. |
