| Abstract: | The influence of vibrations on the formation of mictohomogeneities of the properties in Ga-doped Ge single crystals grown by the method of directional crystallization with the axisymmetric upper heat supply has been studied in earth experiments. It has been established that vibrations provide the formation of inhomogeneities in the dopant distribution in the grown crystals. |
