| Abstract: | The TFR(Tampered Failure Rate) model was proposed by Bhattacharyya and Soejoeti(1989) for step-stress accelerated]ire tests. On step-stress completely accelerated test occasions, the paper gives a method of estimating parameters under a normal stress. |
