车用涡轮增压器混流涡轮的设计

摘    要:为了改善高比转速下增压器的涡轮性能,本文为匹配J6110Z柴油机的HIF增压器设计了混流涡轮.设计中采用了结合叶轮准三元流动分析的涡轮性能预测新方法.混流涡轮的性能试验结果显示,与径流涡轮相比,混流涡轮流通能力更大,并且能在更低的速度比u/co下得到更高的涡轮峰值效率.

Abstract:In order to improve turbocharger turbine performance at high specific speed, a mixed-flow turbine was designed for H1F turbocharger that is used in J6110Z diesel. A new turbine performance prediction method combined with quasi three-dimensional rotor flow analysis was used in the design process. The turbine performance experimental results show that the mixed-flow turbine has larger flow capacity and can obtain higher maximum efficiency at lower velocity u/c0 than radial turbine.
