氧化铈添加量对 M_(80)S_(20) 激光涂敷层的显微组织和摩擦学性能的影响

摘    要:通过金相分析、扫描电子显微镜分析和透射电子显微镜分析,以及在无润滑条件下的摩擦磨损对比试验研究,考察了稀土氧化物CeO2添加量对(Fe,Cr,Ni,W,Mo)80(B,Si,C)20铁基非晶自熔合金粉末喷涂-激光重熔涂敷层的显微组织和摩擦磨损性能的影响.研究结果表明,在给定的试验条件下,稀土氧化物CeO2的添加量(以质量分数计)为8%的改性效果比其添加量分别为4%和12%的改性效果都好,可以明显改善激光涂敷层的显微组织,提高涂敷层的显微硬度,而且此时涂敷层的摩擦学性能最好.

Influence of Ceric Oxide Addition on the Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Laser Remelted M80S20 Alloy Coating
Abstract:The effects of ceric oxide (CeO 2) addition on the microstructure and wear resistance of laser remelted coatings of Fe base self fluxing amorphous alloy M80S20 have been investigated on the basis of metallographic,SEM and TEM analyses and dry wear tests. The experimental results show that the microstructures of laser remelted M80S20 alloy coating can be remarkably improved by addition of about 8%(in mass fraction)CeO 2,under the given conditions, the modification effect of adding 8%CeO 2 is better than that of adding 4%CeO 2 and 12%CeO 2 and correspondingly then microhardness and wear resistance of the coating can be enhanced.
