Hopping conduction in epitaxial n-GaAs layers |

| Abstract: | The conductivity results of the phonon-assisted hopping process in n-type GaAs at low temperatures are presented. The conductivity variation with T, ND and H are analyzed in terms of the percolation theory results. |
