摘    要:阿屈酸的极性很强且热稳定性很差,因此不适合用电子轰击质谱来研究,该文研究了它的正离子和负离子电喷雾质谱的行为,结果表明阿屈酸既可作负离子电喷雾质谱分析,也可作正离子电喷雾质谱分析,且正离子电喷雾质谱分析的灵敏度高于负离子;电喷雾源内碰撞诱导解离分析时正离子和负离子的裂解方式相似,但不完全相同,且正离子有明显的M Na]^ 峰和M H]^ 及M Na]^ 与M的非共价键簇离子峰,这对确定类似未知物的相对分子质量有很大的帮助。

Abstract:The trihydrate of monosodium alendronate(MK _ 0217) is an important bisphosphonate drug for treatment of a variety of bone diseases. As a highly polar and thermally labile compound, alendronate is not amenable to electron impact mass spectrometry. Electrospray(ES)MS both in positive and in negative ionization mode was used to analyze it. The results showed that its sensitivity was higher in positive ionization mode than in negative one. The in _ source collision induced dissociation fragmentation pathways of alendronate are similar in both positive and negative ionization mode, which are mainly elimination of phosphorous acid and dehydration reaction. Strong peaks of + and cluster ions of + and + in positive ionization mode were readily observed. It is helpful to determine molecular weight of similar compounds. Therefore, ES-MS is a useful method for analysis of such highly polar and thermally labile compounds.
