化学(师范)专业培养体验剖析和改革建议

摘    要:从化学(师范)专业培养质量的现实问题出发,以本科生培养体验为突破口,层层剖析种种困境的根源,概括为学科教师教育的长期缺位、专业和管理壁垒的长期固化和学习者中心地位的长期忽视三大问题,尝试对这些问题分别进行深入探讨,并提出改革方向的倡议。

Abstract:Aiming at improving graduate quality, we carried out a survey of students' training experience in chemistry teacher education. We further analyzed the underlying problems, which can be summarized as the absence of teacher education in different subjects, the long-term problem of subject barrier and management barrier, and the ignorance of student-centered education. We also made efforts to discuss these problems and to propose reform suggestions for future improvement.
