本体聚合制备Sm(OPr~i)(TTA)_2/PMMA光致发光材料

摘    要:合成了(异丙氧基)二(α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮基)钐Sm(OPri)(TTA)2]配合物,并通过本体聚合制备Sm(OPri)(TTA)2/PMMA光致发光材料,采用IR1、H-NMR、XRD、DMTA、FS、ESEM对其进行表征.结果表明,Sm-(OPri)(TTA)2/PMMA在396 nm波长激发下在562、598、644 nm处发射很强的Sm3+离子4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2,4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁的特征荧光,其发光强度与Sm(TTA)3/PMMA相当;其储能模量E′、玻璃化温度Tg和粘流温度Tf均比PMMA有所提高;Sm(OPri)3/PMMA形成类似交联结构聚合物,而Sm(OPri)(TTA)2/PMMA为线型无定型结构聚合物.

Abstract:The complex Sm(OPr~i)(TTA)_2 was synthesized,and the Sm(OPr~i)(TTA)_2/PMMA photoluminescent polymer was prepared by coordination bulk polymerization of rare earth complex and methyl methacrylate(MMA).The complex and polymer have been characterized by FT-IR,()~1H-NMR,XRD,dynamical mechanical thermal analysis(DMTA),FS and ESEM etc.The results show that the Sm(OPr~i)(TTA)_2/PMMA exhibits strong characteristic luminescence of samarium ion()~4G_(5/2)→()~6H_(5/2),()~4G_(5/2)→()~6H_(7/2),()~4G_(5/2)→()~6H_(9/2) at 562,598,644 nm respectively under excitation with radiation of 396 nm and its luminescent strength is as high as that of Sm(TTA)_3/PMMA.Moreover the storage modulus(E′),glass transition temperature(T_g) and viscous flow temperature(T_f) of the polymer are higher than those of PMMA.DMTA indicates that Sm(OPr~i)_3/PMMA shows a crosslinking structure,whereas Sm(OPr~i)(TTA)_2/PMMA shows a linear structure.
