响应曲面法提取水松总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:采用响应曲面法,优化了提取水松总黄酮的提取工艺条件为:微波时间3.8min,乙醇浓度69%,固液比1∶31,在此条件下,水松总黄酮的产率为1.88%。

Abstract:The extraction conditions of total flavones in Glyptostrobus pensilis by response surface methodology were studied.The results showed that the optimized extracting conditions of total flavones were 69%ethanol solution for 3.8 minutes by microwave,with the solid-liquid ratio 1:31.And the yield of total flavones in Glyptostrobus pensilis was 1.88%.
