| Abstract: | The reaction betweeen (η5-C5H5Mo(CO)3I and RNC is catalysed by η5 -C5H5Mo(CO)3]2 and readily yields η5-C5H5Mo(CO)3−n(RNC)nI (n = 1–3). A free radical mechanism is consistent with experimental data. |
