象山港褶牡蛎的生殖周期研究

摘    要:首次报道了褶牡蛎雌、雄生殖细胞的发生、生殖腺发育分期和发育周期等组织学方面的研究工作。褶牡蛎雌性生殖细胞的发生分为卵原细胞期、无卵黄期、卵黄形成早期、卵黄形成后期和成熟期。雄性生殖细胞的发生为精原细胞期、初级精母细胞期、次级粮母细胞期、精细胞期和精子期。褶牡蛎生殖腺发育分为休止期(从第一年11月至翌年2月中旬)、增殖期(2月中旬至4月中旬)、生长期(4月中旬至5月中旬)、成熟期(5月中旬至10月上旬)和排放期(5月下旬至10月下旬)五期。褶牡蛎为一年一个生殖周期(一足龄褶牡蛎的生殖腺已经成熟),生殖细胞分批成熟、分批排放,估计象山港整个褶牡蛎群体从5月下旬至10月,每月排放一次,大约总共可排放5-6次。褶牡蛎在生殖期间雌雄个体的比例(性比)接近1:1,也发现极少数个体是雌雄同体。

Abstract:This article is a first report on the Oogenesis and spermatogenesis gonad development and reproductive cycle of China oyster Ostrea plicatula Gmelin in Zhejiang Xiangshan Harbour. Materials collected with Bouin' s fluied and 10% neutral Formalin fluied fixation, with paraffin embedding were made into samples. An experiment on continous section cutting, thick 6-8, with Hematoxylin and Eosin stain, was conducted. The following results were observed. Oogenesis of Ostrea plicatula Gmelin have five phases: oogonia, non-yolk, early yolk formation, late yolk formation and maturetion. Spermatogenesis also have five phases: Spermatogenia, Primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, Spermatid and sperm. Sexual gland development in Ostrea plicatula Gmelin has five Stages: inactive (from Norember to the next middle February), proliferation (from middle February to middle April), growth (from middle April to middle May), maturation (from middle May to early October) and export (from late May to late October). Ostrea plicatula Gmelin sexual gland has a reproductive cycle of one year,from late May to October, natural population exports once every month,totally exports about five to six times. Ostrea plicatula Gmelin usually is dioecism, little monoecism, In the period of reproductive cycle the sex ratio is nearly 1: 1.
