摘    要:用循环伏安法研究了2-氨基-9,10-蒽醌及其衍生物在DMF-0.1mol/LTBAP溶液中的电化学行为,结果表明它们在铂电极上均发生两步连续的单电子还原过程,取代基R及水和苯甲酸等质子性试剂的加对伏安曲线有很大的影响。

Abstract:Electrochemical behaviors of 2-amino-9, l0-anthraquinone(AQN) and its N-sub-stituted derivatives(AQNR) were studied by cyclic voltammetry using platinum micro-disk electrode in N,N-dimethylformamide-0. 1 mol/L TBAP solution. Two successive one-electron reduction steps are demonstrated by all compounds, of which the first step is reversible and the second step is quasi-reversible with the exception of AQN. AQN exhibits a totally irreversible behavior in the second step. The effects of substituents and addition of water or benzoic acid into solution on voltammetric curve have been discussed. UV-SEC experiment points out clearly that one-electron reduction product is stable and capable of being oxidized back to quinone when an oxidative potential is applied, while two-electron reduction product is quite unstable and easily transformed into one-electron reduction species via reaction with unreacted AQN (or AQNR) when potential is removed from the electrode. Colour changes are also observed during reduction
