拱形围带叶片组振动特性分析及实验研究

摘    要:对拱形围带连接的叶片组利用模态综合方法进行了振动特性分析,并采用脉冲激励等方法对叶片组作了实际测试。分析中考虑了自由界面部件高阶截断模态的影响,而且以对接界面位移耦合叶片各部件及拱形围带。本文的工作为汽轮机拱形围带长叶片结构提供了一种有效的振动特性分析方法。

Abstract:Dynamic analysis of the blades linked with the arch shroud is carried out by the component modal synthesis, and the natural vibration of the blades shroud combination is tested using the pulse excitation and other methods. The features of the proposed analysis is that the effect of the higher truncated modes is taken into the consideration, and the arch shroud and components of blades are coupled on at the interface displacement coordinates. The work of the paper offers an effective approach to analyze vibrations of arch shroud linked long blades of steam turbines.
