| 摘 要： | 通过原子吸收光谱法及调查分析法对不同年级100名大学生头发中Zn、Fe、Ca、Pb与部分膳食营养结构状况和体智能素质进行了测定，并作了相关关系的初步研究，结果表明学生的膳食营养结构是否合理，在一定程度上影响着他们体内有关必需元素含量的平衡，进而影响着他们的生理及智力发育。
