摘    要:
使用高温固相法合成了钐锰共激活的硼硅锌玻璃. 利用热释光谱研究了钐的掺入对锰激活的硼硅锌玻璃的陷阱能级的影响, 发现钐的掺入使后者的缺陷向浅能级方向移动, 表现为锰激活的硼硅锌玻璃的余辉和存储性能的相应变化.

Abstract:
Samarium and borosilicate storage glasses manganese co-dopect zinc were prepared by high ternperature solid state method. The effect of doping samarium on the defect of Mn-activated sample was studied on basis of thermoluminescent spectra. It is found that the traps with shallower energy level of the sample predominate with the addition of samarium, and, as a result, the phosphorescence and storage properties of the manganese-doped zinc borosilicate glasses are greatly changed.
