一种简便的研究一维光子晶体禁带特征的新方法

摘    要:利用光在一维光子晶体中传播的色散关系,提出了一种禁带边缘分析法,以研究一维光子晶体禁带特征的方法.该方法利用色散关系引入一个确定禁带边缘位置的函数F,F =0为禁带边缘的位置.通过绘出函数F的图线,由F =0确定禁带边缘的位置,进而分析得到禁带和允许带的特征.它避免了常用的特征矩阵法中对反射率复杂的数值计算,并能得到与特征矩阵法相同的结果.

Abstract:Applied light′s dispersive relation in one-dimensional photonic crystal,a analysis method of edge forbidden band to study on characteristic of forbidden band is proposed.That method led to go into a function F applied dispersive relation for find out position of edge forbidden band.F=0 is edge position of forbidden band.Draw diagram line of F,pass F=0 assurances position of edge forbidden band,then analyze is characteristic of forbidden band and allow band.It avoided the complicated number calculation of the characteristic matrix method,and can get with the result with the characteristic matrix method homology.So it is a kind of simple but valid method.
