摘    要:在pH=2.0的盐酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,恩诺沙星与溴甲酚绿反应生成1∶2的离子对缔合物,可被1,2-二氯乙烷萃取,其最大吸收波长为415nm。恩诺沙星的浓度在0.25—4.0mg/L范围内服从比耳定律,线性方程为A=0.4698C(mg/L)-0.0136,方法检出限为49.2μg/L。平行6次测定样品相对标准偏差为0.99%—3.92%,回收率为94.3%—103%。用于药物中恩诺沙星的检测,简捷、快速,结果满意。

Abstract:A method for determination of enrofloxacin by the extraction spectrophotometry was proposed.The ion pairs complex of enrofloxacin with bromocresol green can be extracted into 1,2-methylene chloride at pH 2.0 and had maximum absorption at 415nm.Detected concentration of enrofloxacin in the range of 0.25—4.0mg/LA=0.4698C(mg/L)-0.0136,r=0.9997] covered with Beer's law.The detection limit was 49.2μg/L.The parallel six determination samples relatively standard deviation was 0.99%—3.92%.The recovery of method was 94.3%—103%.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of enrofloxacin in pharmaceutical formulations with satisfactory results,and this method is simple,convenient and quick.
